Cesco Award for Wheel Throwing

Soooo thrilled to have received the Cesco Award for Wheel Throwing at this year’s Canberra Potters Annual Members’ Exhibition. The Award is generously sponsored by Walker Ceramics.

The annual members’s exhibition shows the incredible diversity and high quality of a range of potters across the Canberra region. The exhibition runs till 3 December and all pieces (including mine) are for sale.

This piece is wheel thrown, polished and altered Southern Ice porcelain with coloured porcelain inserted through the walls and an incised inlaid outline.
